Phillip Samuel Kazsuk, 91, Eastham Road, Russell Springs, KY, died Sunday, July 22, at 1:45amET, at Thompson-Hood Veterans, Wilmore, KY.

The funeral service will be at 10amCT, Tuesday, July 24, with Bro. Eldon Tucker officiating, at Wilson Funeral Home, 351 E. Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Monday, July 23, 2012, at Wilson Funeral Home.

He was born April 2, 1921, in Huntsburg, Ohio. He was the son of the late Joseph Kazsuk and the late Ethel Kazsuk. He died Sunday, July 22, 2012, in Wilmore, Jessamine County, KY, at the age of 91 years, 3 months, and 20 days.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a factory worker and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

He is survived by the following:
  • His son: Richard, husband of Kay Kazsuk, Russell Springs, KY

  • His brother: Emil Kazsuk, Los Angeles, California

  • Four grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren
Wilson Funeral Home, 351 E. Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY, in charge of arrangements.
