Campbellsville Police investigate injury accident The Campbellsville Police Department responded to an injury collision at the intersection of North CentralAvenue and Maple Street on July 19, 2012, at 4:48pmET. Sara Teel, 22 years of age, of Campbellsville was operating a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro east on Maple Street. Campbellsville Police say that evidence and testimony collected during the investigation indicates Teel pulled into the path of Donovan Pittman, 21 years of age, of Campbellsville operating a 2002 Kia Sephia traveling north on N. Central Avenue. Pittman was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS. Agencies Involved included Campbellsville Police Department, Taylor County Sheriff Office, Campbellsville/Taylor County Emergency Medical Services, Campbellsville Fire and Rescue.
