Wants transportation to Summit Manor from Edmonton, KY Card shower for Mother would be great, daughter says Forwarded by Gaye Shaw My name is Margaret Southworth and I have a request : My mom is in Summit Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Columbia. I'd like to be able to spend a day with her once a week and also volunteer to help feed some of the residents while I'm there. I would be more than glad to help out with gasoline expenses. I live on West End Lane near the Parkway.
