Wants transportation to Summit Manor from Edmonton, KY

Card shower for Mother would be great, daughter says

Forwarded by Gaye Shaw

My name is Margaret Southworth and I have a request : My mom is in Summit Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Columbia. I'd like to be able to spend a day with her once a week and also volunteer to help feed some of the residents while I'm there. I would be more than glad to help out with gasoline expenses.

I live on West End Lane near the Parkway. If you work in Columbia and it would be possible to hitch a ride with you, please contact me at my email address:msouthworth@scrtc.com or call me at 270-432-7810. If I don't answer, please leave a message with your phone number. My dog is always home, but he isn't able to take messages for me. :0)Those of you who might know my mom from church or Homemakers and would like to send her a "Thinking of You" type card, here's the information:
Darlene Hetrick
c/o Summit Manor
400 Bomar Heights
Columbia, KY 42728
I'm sure she would enjoy receiving some mail. Thank you! Sincerely, Margaret Southworth

From Gaye Shaw, Executive Director, Edmonton/Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce
