Elizabeth Marine (Nanny) Hayes, Taylor Co., KY (1934 - 2012) She was the matriarch of a large, highly regarded Campbellsville, KY, family. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church where she served in the nursery for several years. Many young adults and younger children were touched by her loving care and fondly called her "Nanny". She worked several years at Fruit of the Loom and was co-owner with her husband at Buel C. Hayes Printing Company in Campbellsville. She later started a child care service from which she took care of two generations of children Elizabeth Marine "Nanny" Hayes, 77, of Campbellsville, KY died at 12:35amET, Sunday, July 15, 2012, in Lexington, KY Funeral services will be at 11amET/10amCT, Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Bro. Buel Hayes and Dr. James Jones. Burial Cold Springs Cemetery in Casey County. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmET/4pm-7pmCT, Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Elizabeth Marine (Nanny) Hayes (1934 - 2012) Elizabeth Marine "Nanny" Hayes was the daughter of the late Ben F. Foley and Lola Withers Foley. She was born in Casey County, KY, September 27, 1934. She died Sunday, July 15, 2012, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 77 years, 9 months, and 18 days. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church where she served in the nursery for several years. Many young adults and younger children were touched by her loving care and fondly called her "Nanny".She worked several years at Fruit of the Loom and was co-owner with her husband at Buel C. Hayes Printing Company in Campbellsville. She later started a child care service from which she took care of two generations of children. She united in marriage to Buel Hayes August 3, 1951.
