Memorial services for Mr. Jack Mullins will be Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 5pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Visitation after 3pmCT until time of the service Saturday, at the funeral home. At Jack's request, cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in the Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Jack Mullins, Adair County, KY (1934-2012) He was born Friday, January 5, 1934 in Mt. Pleasant, Maury County, TN. He was the son of the late Maury and Louise Allen Mullins. He died Thursday, July 12, 2012, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 78 years, 6 months, and 7 days. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Randall Mullins, and one sister, Norma Jean Norman. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of Charity Baptist Church and Millwright Local 1031 in Louisville, KY. Survivors Include:
