Columbia, KY driver injured in Russell County, KY auto crash By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY RUSSELL SPRINGS, KY - Detective Jamie Richard is investigating a collision that occurred today at 7:10amCT, 3 miles south of Columbia, KY on KY 0051. 32-year-old Tracy Dobbs of Columbia, was traveling south on KY 0061 in a 2000 Plymouth when she fell asleep at the wheel and struck a guardrail. She was wearing a seatbelt. she was transported to Westlake Regional Hospital, in Columbia, where she was treated and released. Adair County EMS assisted.
