Mr. Woodrow Lobb, 92, Green County, KY, (d. July 2. 2012)

He was a member of a large, highly respected Summersville, KY family. He leaves seven direct living descendants

Mr. Woodrow Lobb, age 92 of the Summersville Community of Green County, KY passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Woodrow Lobb will be conducted 10amCT, Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the Summersville Church of the Nazarene, 230 Gabe Road, Summersville, KY. Burial will follow in the Green Co. Memory Gardens, Summersville, KY. Friends of Mr. Woodrow Lobb may call 5pm-8pmCT, Friday, July 6, 2012, and 7am-8amCT, Saturday, Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W. Court Street, Greensburg, KY. and after 9amCT, Saturday at the Summersville Church of the Nazarene.



He is survived by the following:
  • Two daughters: Phyllis A. Lobb of Louisville, KY; and Martha L. Stepp of Greensburg, KY

  • Two sisters and one brother-in-law: Frances Dobson and Iola and Albert Henderson of Greensburg, KY

  • Two granddaughters: Marie Martin, J.D. and Dr. Monica Stone and husband Kelly

  • And three great grandchildren: Thomas, Jake and Lila Grace Stone.
The family has requested that donations be made to Gideons International forBibles, The American Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Association, the American Diabetes or the Kidney Foundation. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY.

Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W. Court Street, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangements.
