Geo. Kolbenschlag: Agrees with Larry Walker on flag etiquette

And offers a simple solution for any permanent banners: National Colors, but not flag

George Kolbenschlag writes:
I'm with Larry Walker on the flag issue. I believe displaying the flags continuously day and night is not in keeping with flag etiquette and unless they are kept untattered and clean, disrespectful. For one thing I don't believe the flag is supposed to be flown at night unless illuminated. A better solution might be to use a red, white and blue drape or banner instead of the flag. - George Kolbenschlag
