Jeanette Faye Rice, Casey County, KY (1932-2012) She was the matriarch of a large, highly regarded Liberty, KY, family. She leaves 25 direct living descendants. She was a former Certified Nurse's Physical Therapy aide and a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church. Jeanette was very loved by all her family, friends and her Savior Jesus Christ who gave her strength to do all things. She had a pure heart and a fighting soul and she now rests in the pearly gates of heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ Jeanette Faye Rice, 79, passed away on Sunday June 17, 2012 at her home in Liberty, KY. Funeral services were held at 11amET/10amCT Thursday afternoon June 21,, 2012 at the Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY 49, Liberty, with burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Jeanette Faye Rice, Casey County, KY (1932-2012) She was born in Liberty, Kentucky on Wednesday, November 16, 1932 and was 79. She was the daughter of Tom and Lucy Phelps Carmicle both deceased. She died Sunday, June 17, 2012, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 79 years, 7 months, and 1 day. She was a former Certified Nurse's Physical Therapy aide and a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church. Jeanette was very loved by all her family, friends and her Savior Jesus Christ who gave her strength to do all things. She had a pure heart and a fighting soul and she now rests in the pearly gates of heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ. She was also preceded in death by a son, James Jackson Rice; three brothers, Fred, Charlie and Glendall Carmicle; a sister, Virginia Abigal Carmicle; six half brothers: Jessie, Dick, Estel, Thomas, Eddie and Charles Carmicle; and three half-sisters, Opal, Deane, Della Thomas, and Beatrice Richards. Survivors include her spouse Robert Dwain Rice, and the following:
