Samson Hospital, Glasgow, KY. Funeral services will be held 2:30pmCT, Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT,from Wednesday, June 20, 2012, and after 9amCT, Thursday, June 21, 2012, at the funeral home. She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Ada Hayes Beard. She was a beloved teacher and mother. Mrs. Jones devoted 49 years to educating the children of the Metcalfe County School System. She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Ada Hayes Beard.
