Columbia/Adair Parks & Rec will meet June 18, 2012 -Agenda

Note: The regular meeting of the Columbia/Parks & Recreation Board on Monday, June 11, 2012, was not convened because a quorum was not present

There will be a special called meeting of the Columbia-Adair County Parks & Recreation Board on Monday, June 18, 2012, at the 911 Building, 107 N. High Street, Columbia, KY. On the agenda will be the annual duck race, the golf tournament, the Football Little League proposal, and the softball field information. The regular meeting of July 9, is cancelled and moved to 5pmCT, July 16, 2012, at the 911 Building. -Charles Grimsley, Chair, Columbia Parks & Recreation Board.

The Parks & Rec Board regularly meets at 5pmCT each second Monday of each month. Charles Grimsley, Chairman; Members, Bobby Bowe, Donna Shirley, Craig Dean, Billy Dean Coffey, Bruce White, Tommy Steele, Rebecca Schmidt, and Greg Thomas.
