Our new cross walks on Main Street in Campbellsville are nearly completed...Mayor Tony Young and I were inspecting the work last night and they look good...they are red brick color with a 9 inch white strip on both sides and encourages more people to walk and observe our historic downtown district. I will be sending you photos of the finished project. Mayor Young said that the new cross-walks will slow down traffic on Main Street where many people are walking, making the area - growing in popularity with new restaurants, renovation of historic properties, and beautification - safer for pedestrians. - Larry Smith
