Crash on I-65 S. of Bowling Green, KY closes northbound lanes

BOWLING GREEN, KY (3:30pmCT, May 30, 2012) - A crash on northbound I-65 at mile marker 19 just south of the Natcher Parkway Interchange has CLOSED all northbound lanes of traffic at this time at mile marker six in Simpson County.

Northbound traffic will continue to be detoured off at Exit 6 in Simpson County to US 31W for the next 3+ hours while the crash site is cleared of debris.

A trailer home that was being transported in addition to the other vehicles that were involved in this crash has left a large amount of debris on and adjacent to the interstate.

The duration of this crash has been extended 3+ hours.
