Mr. Jesse Roy Robert McCarol of Greensburg, KY, departed this life on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 75 years, 11 months and six days of age.

The funeral services for Mr. Jesse R. McCarol will be conducted at 11amCT, Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY with burial to follow in the Bennett Cemetery. Bro. Jerry Noe and Bro. Raymond Atwood will be officiating. Visitation is requested 4pm-9pmCT, Friday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Saturday until time of the funeral service.



Pallbearers: Randal Sullivan, David Thompson, Sam Thompson, Timmy Jeffries David Milby, and Ranny Milby.

Mr. Jesse Roy Robert McCarol was the son of the late Henry McCarol and Effie Wright McCarol. he was born on June 4, 1936 in Adair County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, May 10, 2012 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY. He was 75 years, 11 months and six days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a lifelong farmer.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Ola Mae Ward McCarol who united in marriage on January 4, 1965.

Other survivors include:
  • A son and daughter-in-law: Roy Douglas and Pam McCarol of Greensburg, KY

  • A grandson: Steven McCarol of Greensburg, KY

  • Two brothers and a sister: Johnnie McCarol of Louisville, Jake McCarol of Campbellsville, KY; and Lainy Scott of Louisville, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home.Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY
