Marsha Talley of Campbellsville, KY, was traveling north on KY 55 when she attempted to turn left off of 55 whenStepehanie Woodie of Berea, KY, also traveling north, attempted to pass theTalley vehicle, striking Talley's vehicle in the driver's side.
