Charles Warren Dunlap was born in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois, on Monday, November 27, 1933. He died Friday, April 6, 2012, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 78 years, 4 months, and 9 days.

He united in marriage to Janet Morris of Columbia, KY, December 24, 1954.

Besides his wife, Janet Morris Dunlap. He is survived by the following:
  • One son and daughter in law, Michael Stephen Dunlap and wife, Judy of Campbellsville, KY

  • Three grandsons

  • Two great grandsons

  • Two sisters: Virginia Malley of Springfield, Illinois and Florence Renken of Tampa, Florida.
