She was a member of a highly regarded Taylor County family and of the First United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in design

Anita Feather Miller, 89, of Campbellsville, died at 12:25pmET, Wednesday, April 11, 2012 in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services will be at 11amET/10amCT, Saturday, April 14, 2012, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Ron Young. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, W. Main Street, Campbellsvillle, KY. Visitation will be 6pm-8pmET/5pm-7pmCT, Friday, April 13, 2012, at the funeral home.


Anita Feather Miller, Taylor County, KY (1922 - 2012)

Anita Feather Miller was the daughter of the late Arthur C. Feather and Thelma Leona McVay Feather. She was born Thursday, June 29, 1922, in Taylor County, KY.. She died at Wednesday, April 11, 2012 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 89 years, 9 months, and 12 days.

She graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in design.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She united in marriage to Martin E. Miller June 28, 1947. He preceded her in death May 14, 1994.

She is survived by the following:
  • Three sisters: Helen Faulkner, Joyce Russell and Peggy Tucker and husband, Elwood, all of of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by a son, Dana Lee Miller November 11, 1960; three brothers: A. C. Feather, Jr., Stanley S. Feather, Sr. and John G. Feather and three half-sisters: Ruth Wurmser, Irene Kelton and Marguerite Morris.
