Driver of Honda airlifted after vehicle hits Mack truck in rear Collision occurs on US 150 Bypass, Springfield, KY By TFC Billy R. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post, Columbia, KY SPRINGFIELD, KY) CVE Officer Jason Morris is investigating a collision that occurred at 3:45 PM approximately 2 miles West of Springfield, KY, on the US 150 Bypass. 62 year old Paul L. Tinnell of Louisville was operating a 2007 Mack truck Westbound on the US 150 Bypass. Tinnell's vehicle was struck in the rear by a 1994 Honda, which was also Westbound on the US 150 Bypass. 33 year old Jason L. Trent of Willisburg, KY, was the driver of the Honda and was taken by EMS to the Spring View Hospital, where he was airlifted to the University of Louisville. Trent was not belted.
