Eric Hare: Coca-Cola does not own Ski

By Eric Hare

This might shed a little light on the Ski Debate. As an employee of the Clark Beverage Company (formerly Western Kentucky Coca Cola), I can tell you with certainty that Coca-Cola does not own Ski.

The Clark Beverage Company purchased the distribution rights to all Ski brands, Nugrape, and Tasty Chocolate when the DeSpain brothers sold their bottling operation located in Greensburg, KY. a few years back.

The Ski our local patrons are drinking are now bottled in Evansville Indiana, by the All American Bottling Co., with the exception of the 12oz. glass bottles, which are bottled in Breese, Illinois by the Excel Bottling Company.

Double Cola of Chattanooga TN. still owns all licensures, and trademarks associated with the Ski brands. - Eric HareComments re article 51148 The Ski Debate Joey Bennett reveals results of research
