Columbia , KY, Police make Sunday morning Meth arrest On Sunday morning, April 1, 2012 at approximately 12:15amCT the Columbia Police Department arrested 51 year old Michael Burton of Snake Creek Road, Columbia after a brief investigation. Burton was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine 1st degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting arrest and menacing. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by CPD officer Johnny Dial. Officer Dial was assisted by CPD Sgt.
