Cleveland Johnson the officiating clergy. Burial will be in Blakey Cemetery. Visitation will be after12pm noon CT, Saturday. David Ronald Stapp, Sr., Russell County, KY (1946-2012) He was born Thursday, October 31, 1946, in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Zula Mae Lawhorn Stapp and the late Forest Aldon Stapp. He died Wednesday, March 28, 2012, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 65 years, 4 months, and 28 days.
