Michele,

Thanks much for the heads' up!

You get to see them first on ColumbiaMagazine, but many of my EK photos eventually get to Flickr, and one of the benefits of participating on Flickr is the possibility of a wider-world audience. We also got word today that some of Amy's homemade biscuits are the models for a post about a delicious sounding Corsican recipe for Fennel Biscuits (en Francais, bien sur) at cuisinez-corse.com. --Pen

Avocado is the main course here, for most. It's a salad (in our Mexican sort of way) or a meal for a vegan. Either way, crisp thin radishes, white rice, and green onions go together well - and fast. The seeds are sesame, obviously, but the red condiment is Sriracha, not ketchup - but if you like ketchup on your avocados, there are no Food Police at the Epicurean Kentuckian Kitchen. It's okay. It's absolutely nobody's business but your own.
