The Lindsey Wilson service flag: Where is it now? By JIM This appeared in the December 25, 1918 News: The Lindsey-Wilson service flag was unfurled last Tuesday morning. It contained 166 stars, including four gold ones, that number of soldiers dying from disease. Appropriate speeches were made by Mr. T.A. Judd, Lieut. W.R. Todd, and Prof. R.V. Bennett.(The 166 stars refer to the number of former or current Lindsey Wilson students and faculty members who served in the military during the Great War. Judd & Todd had served; R.V.
