Jesse Parton, Casey County, KY (1930-2012) He was the patriarch of a large, respected Casey County, KY family. He is survived by 31 direct living descendants. He was retired after a career with Nu Tone in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jesse Parton passed away Friday March 16, 2012 at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center in Danville, KY. He was 81. Funeral services are 10amET/9amCT, Tuesday March 20, 2012 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Edward Parton officiating. Burial will be in at Valley Oak Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 6pmET-9pmET/5pm-8pmCT, at the funeral home. Born Wednesday, October 22, 1930 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late John and Serena Haste Parton. He died Friday, March 16, 2012, in Danvillle, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 81 years, 4 months, and 25 days. He was the widower of Nannie Godbey Parton.
