Darrell Overstreet, Key Mortgage honored by KHC

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) recognized its 2011 top lenders at the Seventh Annual Lender Luncheon on Thursday March 8, 2012.

Darrell Overstreet, owner of Key Mortgage Company came away with two honors:
The Number One Loan Officer for 2011 and Key Mortgage Company was honored for being in the top 5 Loan Producers for 2011.
The awards were presented by Richard McQuady, KHC Chief Executive Officer and Brenda Walker, Senior Director of KHC Homeownership Department.




KHC offers loans for first-time home buyers as well as refinancing options for current homeowners.

"KHC has played a tremendous role in providing financing for homeowners in Kentucky. I appreciate the staff at Key Mortgage Company for all their hard work, for without the staff, we could not achieve these honors." said Darrell Overstreet.
