West Liberty, KY, Christian Church leveled by tornado Relief effort is headed by Dr. Jeff Metcalf, President of Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, KY By Dave Rosenbaum The Red Cross web site shows the total destruction of the West Liberty Christian Church building in Morgan County. I have learned that Dr. Jeff Metcalf, President at Kentucky Christian University is coordinating a relief effort for that congregation.
