City-County join for relief to tornado victims in Morgan Co., KY Supplies can be left at City Hall or Adair Annex through March 16, 2012 By Rhonda Loy The City of Columbia and Adair County Fiscal Court will be accepting supplies for the Tornado Victims of West Liberty/Morgan County KY beginning Tuesday March 6, 2012 through Friday March 16, 2012.The following supplies are now needed:
