Westlake Hospital strategic partner offers being reviewed

Information sent by Westlake Regional Hospital in answer to questions writes: According to Rodger Klein, Interim CFO, at Westlake Regional Hospital's board meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, several proposals have been submitted from potential strategic partners. The proposals will be reviewed by a committee which consists of two board members, John Nall and Bruce White, who were selected by the Board of Trustees and two county magistrates, Billy Coffey (District 5) and Billy Rowe (District 7) who were selected by Adair County Judge Executive. The plan is to narrow the proposals down to one. Due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of the matter, no names of those submitting proposals have been released.- from Administrative office, Westlake Regional Hospital, 901 Westlake Drive, Columbia KY.
