John King Stephenson, Taylor Co., KY (1926-2012) Mr. Stephenson was a retired farmer John (Johnnie) King Stephenson, age 85 of Taylor County, died Thursday, February 18, 2012 at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness. Graveside services for Mr. John (Johnnie) King Stephenson will be held at 11amET/10amCT, Saturday, February 18, at the Jones Chapel Cemetery, Eastern Taylor County near Casey County, KY, with Bro. Jimmie Knifley officiating. John King Stephenson, Taylor Co., KY (1926-2011) He was born Tuesday, May 25, 1926. He was the son of the late Will Stephenson and Martha Stephenson Jones of Casey County, KY. He died in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, on Thursday, February 16, 2012, at the age of 85 years, 8 months, and 21 days. He was a retired farmer. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one half-brother, Jesse Jones, and four half-sisters, Ida Calhoun of Campbellsville, KY; Mabel Jones of New Mexico, andAda Frankel and Hettie Stahl. He is survived by four nieces, Montie Knifley of Campbellsville, KY; Pat Campbell of Kansas; Carolyn Russman of Louisville, KY; Reba Janice Warford of New Mexico. There will be no visitation.
