Hazel Bean, Cumberland Co., KY (1928-2012) Hazel was born in Cumberland County, KY on April 16, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Pearl Scott and the late Richard Scott. She died Monday, January 30, 2012, in Kentucky at the age of 83 years, 9 months, and 14 days. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Bean, 5 Brothers, Berchie Scott; Cecil Scott; Ira Scott; Russell Scott; Welby Scott; 2 Sisters, Francis Owens; Nina Bean.Survivors Include the folloiwng:
