Two injured in 2 vehicle crash in Post 15 Northern area Campbellsville, KY, and Lebanon, KY, drivers involved By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY Trooper Justin Phillips is investigating a collision that occurred Tuesday, January 24th at 3:50pm on KY55 at the Marion/Washington County line. 63-year-old Judith Filiatreau of Springfield, was traveling North on KY55 in a 1991 Oldsmobile when she crossed the center line and struck a southbound 1995 Chevy truck operated by 56-year-old William R. Bishop of Campbellsville, KY. Filiatreau then re-entered the northbound lane striking a 1998 Cavalier operated by 76-year-old Una F. Cooley of Lebanon, KY. Cooley and a passenger in her vehicle, 38-year-old Caroline S. Mann of Lebanon were both treated and released at Springview Hosptial. Bishop was not injured. Filiatreau was also treated at Springview Hospital and cited to court for Driving Under the Influence. All persons involved were wearing seatbelts. Trooper Phillips was assisted at the scene by Trooper Fred Cornett, Marion and Washington County EMS, Sheriff's Departments,Rescue squads and the Lebanon and Springfield Fire Department.
