17 year old passenger injured in 2 vehicle collision

Collision occurs at intersection of East Broadway, Central Avenue, in Campbellsville, KY

The Campbellsville Police Department responded to an auto collision with injuries at the intersection of East Broadway and Central Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, on January 19, 2012. 89 year old James Owens of Campbellsville was operating a 2002 Chevrolet pickup and collided with a 2006 Chevrolet being operated by 41 year old Terri Loutfi also of Campbellsville.

There were two passengers in the Loutfi vehicle, 15 year old Shelby Smith and 17 year old Natalie Burton both of Campbellsville. Burton was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital for treatment. The accident was investigated by Lt. Shannon Wilson. In addition to the Campbellsville Police Department, the Campbellsville Fire/Rescue and the Campbellsville EMS responded to the scene. - From Campbellsville Police Department.
