He had been hospitalized at UK Medical Center following an ATV accident in September, 2011 (Link) Dale Lynn Melson, Shawnee Avenue, Russell Springs, KY, died Monday, January 2, 2012, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.The funeral service for Mr. Melson will be at 11amCT, Thursday, January 5, 2012, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster the officiating clergy. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Wednesday, January 4, 2012, in the chapel. Burial will be in Shearer Cemetery. Pallbearers: Ben Cardoza, Danny Bailey, Chris Hites, Archie Gabehart, Tommy Conover, and Douglas Carnes. Honorary Pallbearers: Ricky Riggins and Tony Durham.
