CMA Vision Riders motorcycle ride on New Years Day

Ride will benefit area food banks

News from the Christian Motorcycle Association

The Central Kentucky chapter of the Christian Motorcycle Association, Vision Riders, will hold a charity motorcycle ride on New Years Day in Campbellsville, KY. The ride will begin at the rear of the Campbellsville Baptist Church, 420 N. Central Avenue. Registration will begin at 1:30pmET/12:30pmCT, and "kickstands up" at 2pmET/1pmCT.



Suggested donation is $10 worth of non-perishable food or cash. One hundred per cent of the donations will go to area food banks for the poor. Riders will be able to order a commemorative T-shirt after the ride. This ride is open to all even if you don't have a motorcycle.

If you wish to donate and not ride, you are welcome to follow in your vehicle.

Coffee and hot drinks will be available before the ride and soup and chili will be served after the ride. In the event of severe weather such as ice or snow, not cold, the event will be cancelled. For more information, contact Dan Hayes at 270-465-7811. -DON HAYES
