Frances Mae Sullivan Blaydes, 88, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, December 12, 2011at the Grayson Manor Nursing Facility in Leitchfield, KY.

The funeral services for Frances Mae Sullivan Blaydes was conducted at 12pm noon CT, Friday, December 16, 2011 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main Street, with burial in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. Cliffton Sullivan officiated.


Pallbearers: Stephen Jaggers, Cody Jaggers, Cyle Jaggers, Nick Isham, Ryan Sullivan, Scotty Sullivan, Tommy Mills, and Benny Clay Sullivan.

Frances Mae Sullivan Blaydes of Leitchfield, Kentucky, was the daughter of the late Frank Sullivan and Della Mills Sullivan. She was born on Thursday, March 17, 1923 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Monday, December 12, 2011 in Leitchfield, Grayson County, KY. She was 88 years, eight months and 25 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ. She was also a former Waitress for Masterson Restaurant.

Survivors include the following:
  • A son: Samuel Jaggers of Lietchfield, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Deborah Isham, Kellie Gambrell, Stephen Jaggers all of Louisville, KY

  • A brother: Bobby Sullivan of Fountain Run, KY

  • A daughter-in-law: Anna Sue Clark of Louisville, KY

  • Six great-grandchildren

  • Two great-great-grandchildren

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
The Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 South Main Street, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangements.
