Eugene (Bill) Voils, Russell County, KY (1927-2011) He was a member of a highly regarded Russell County family, a building supply store owner, and a member of the French Valley United Methodist Church Eugene "Bill" Voils, 84, Blair School Road, Russell Springs, Ky, died Thursday, November 24, 2011, at the Russell County Hospital ER, Russell Springs, KY. The funeral service will be at 10amCT, Saturday, November 26, 2011, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Rev. Steve Janes officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Friday, November 25 ,2011, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Russell Springs City Cemetery. Eugene "Bill" Voils, Russell County, KY (1927-2011) Eugene "Bill" Voils, was born Wednesday, July 20, 1927, in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Lizzie Stearman Voils and the late Lilburn Allan Voils. He died Thursday, November 24, 2011, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 84 years, 4 months, and 4 days. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Lee Carter Voils; one brother, Leland Voils; and three sisters, Ortha Selby, Verlee Absher, and Louise Riggins. He is survived by the following:
