Curb Appeal: The Courthouse is the Wow Factor in Downtown

The Square needs some Curb Appeal

When you put a house up for sale the realtor will tell you that you need to clean up around your house for curb appeal.

If we want to sell people on coming down to the Square to shop or on putting their business down there, the Square needs to be super clean and attractive.

The empty buildings need to be kept clean and fresh paint on them at all times. that should be required by the city of Columbia.

To me the Court House is the Wow factor for the square so it needs to be sparkling at all times of the day and night. I am so glad the power has been turned on again.

More thoughts from beautiful Joppa. -MELEWI
