B.J. Hagy wonders about bronze plaque in the courthouse

BJ Hagy writes:
I was wondering what has happened, if anything, to the World War II bronze plaques that had Adair County's veterans names on them. Are they still in the old courthouse or have they been removed to a different location.

I remember going in to look at all the names when I was a kid growing up and when I came into town for a haircut. I always walked in to look at my dads name, Geo. Frank Hagy, among the many names which were on there.

Thank you,

- BJ Hagy
