Maury Lewis send questions/suggestions inspired by old photo

Maury E Lewis writes:
I like this picture.

What is the year? There seems to be no doors on the court house and the middle is a walk through.

There also seems to be a wing add on on the right side of the building or am I seeing another building that is sitting behind the courthouse?I like the grass and tree area.

That could be a new idea. Take some of the other buildings that are not being used or kept up downtown and put small mini parks in with fountains, benches or perhaps a childrens garden like they have in Somerset.

It would be nice to have all the buildings full but even if they are not being used they need to be kept clean by the owners.

We need more curb appeal by the owners of the buildings.

Some more ideas from beautiful Joppa. -MAURY E. LEWIS
