Burial will be in Jones Chapel Cemetery 2700 Jones Chapel Road, in Adair County, KY, with Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, Columbia, KY, assisting in local arrangements. Visitation will be 1pm-8pmET/12pm noon-7pmCT, on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at Shoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville.
