Send Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's events now A reminder: As a courtesy to rapidly growing audience, we only post Events which include Street and Numbers for listings in Events, or references to future Events in Stories. We recommend that writers who want better attendance always write and edit the CM Event notice First, before a story is written, with an aim of giving basic Who, What, Why Where, When, and How information in the most succinct form. -EW Get extra exposure by sending your organization's holiday events for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, now. The earlier CM gets your event, the more publicity you receive and the more likely attendance will be increased. Boost Attendance: Include NAMES (and hometowns to multiply attention), of performers, organizers, bit players, ushers, and elan people in your announcements. Names, in almost all cases, increase interest even more than photo(s). And when names are sent, photos are welcome submission. And, for non-profits, free admissions or donations only events, the package is elaborate, far-reaching, and Free when CM receives the submission Directly and first. As always, as a time, gas-saving and sometimes life saving courtesy to our readers, we only post Free Events listings when Street and Number are included for the Venue. It's for organizations in Taylor, Russell, Metcalfe, Green, Cumberland, Casey and Adair Counties of South Central Kentucky. To send yours, use any Contact-Submit button. If you need help submitting the first few times, don't hesitate to call 270-250-2730 for assistance filling out the emailed submissions. This story was posted on 2011-11-20 04:23:43
