TECHNOLOGY

Intel shows off its Knights Corner one teraflop chip about the computer chip Intel is bragging about which will do one trillion calculations a second.

That last one, from the BBC, is a bit of a downer. It raises the bar for local inventors who want to get into the World Record Book of Guinnesses for creating the world's fast computer chip. At least this time it's Intel, wide awake in California, who beat us.
