Stephen Wayne Smith, formerly of Russell Co., KY (1982-2011) At the time of his death in Taylor Co., KY, he was a resident of Campbellsville, KY, and a former resident of Russell Co., KY. He was an installer for Bennett's Carpet of Russell Springs, KY Stephen Wayne Smith, 29, Campbellsville, KY, formerly of Russell County, KY, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Taylor Regional Hospital as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be at 10amCT, Friday, November 18, 2011, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Gary Wagner the officiating clergy. Special music will be by Allie Shae Hash. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Thursday, November 17, 2011 and after 8amCT, Friday, November 18, 2011, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Tarter Cemetery, Highway 76, Russell Springs, KY. Pallbearers: Bryan Cooper, Joe Smith, Jim Smith, Joe Mann, Jeremy Ingle, and Nici Smith. Honorary pallbearers: Ronald Smith, Kimball Smith, Anthony Smith, Robert Wilkins, Randy Sprowles, T.J. Agee, Adam Williams, Anthony Hash, Justin Hash, Waylon Smith, Chris Irion, Greg Hash, and Jerod Hash. Stephen Wayne Smith, formerly of Russell Co., KY (1982-2011) He was born Wednesday, November 10, 1982, in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. He was the son of Rose Ann Smith Mann and Stephen Wayne Mays, both of whom survive. He died Tuesday, November 15, 2011, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 29 years, 4 days.
