Liberty, KY fire claims life of 57 year old man KSP Post 15 detective Alex Wesley investigating fire which took life of Bobby Dale Randolph, 57 at (475 Carmicle Street, Liberty, Casey Co., KY). LOCATION of FIRE is 31.6 miles, 44 minutes from KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY, via Liberty Road, according to Google Maps. By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY CASEY COUNTY, KY - Detective Alex Wesley is investigating a house fire at 475 Carmicle Street in Liberty KY that resulted in the death of a Casey County man. Kentucky State Police in Columbia received a call from Casey County dispatch on Sunday, November 13, 2011, at 8:24pm, requesting assistance with the fire investigation. Detective Alex Wesley responded to the scene and discovered that Bobby Dale Randolph, age 57, of Liberty had been pronounced deceased by the Casey County Coroner as a result of the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation but foul play is not suspected at this time. Detective Wesley was assisted at the scene by Trooper Adam Likins and Sergeant Ira Napier of the Kentucky State Police, Liberty Police Department, Liberty Fire Department and the State Fire Marshall's Office. Further investigation to determine the cause of the fire will take place later today, Monday, November 14, 2011.
