Terry Shively, 69, of Columbia, died Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room, Columbia, KY.

Funeral services will be Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 1:30pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Nick Stamps and Bro. Randy Copeland officiatingBurial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Saturday, November 12, 2011, at the funeral home.


Terry Shively, Adair County, KY (1942-2011)

He was born August 1, 1942 in Marion County, KY. He was the son of the late Ivan and Marion Dee Holt Shively. He died November 10, 2011, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 69 years, 3 months, and 9 days.

He was a member of the Columbia Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon, and was a self-employed heating and air conditioning contractor.

Survivors the following::
  • His wife: Cleo Woodall Shively of Columbia, KY

  • Two sons: Donald Shively and wife Heather of Paducah and Douglas Shively and wife Sarah of Nicholasville, KY

  • One daughter : Terra Lynn Marsh and husband J.T. of Bedford, KY

  • Six grandchildren: Jacalynn and David Marsh and Haddon, Holt, Harper and Emerson Shively
