News from Columbia/Adair County Utilities District

We have received several phone calls from our customers regarding a letter or card they have received in the mail from an Insurance Company offering coverage for their Water line. The Columbia/Adair Utilities District does not offer insurance of any type.

We are not affiliated with the company that is sending this solicitation to our customers.A few months ago the same thing happened although this time we have not seen a copy of the letter, we feel it may be from the same company. If you should receive one of these letters or cards please contact the Better Business Bureau. Louisville, 502-583-6546; Lexington, 800-866-6668; Bowling Green, 270-781-8445; or Somerset 606-678-2014 to get information on the company that is sending the mail. Then you can make an informed decision on what to do.

Thank you,

Jennifer Carter, Office Manager
