5 year old trick or treater injured in pedestrian/PU collision

Little girl was attempting to cross Hadix Road and stepped into path of pickup. She was airlifted to UK Hospital in Lexington, KY with life threatening injuries. Trooper Dewayne Holder is investigating

ALBANY, KY - The Kentucky State Police is investigating a collison that occurred today at 6:35CT, 8 miles east of Albany, KY on Haddix Road, 45-year-old Kevin Haddix of Albany, operating a 1997 Ford Ranger, was traveling south on Haddix Road.



Five-year-old Aleigha Duvall was Trick-or-treating and attempting to cross the road, stepping into the path of pickup. She was airlifted to University of Kentucky Hospita in Lexington, KY with life threatening injuries. Haddix was belted and not injured. TFC. Dewayne Holder is investigating.
