Two treated at Taylor Regional following collision

Two passengers involved in a two car collision on Friday afternoon, at 4:20pmET, October 28, 2011, on Lebanon Avenue at West Lake Drive in Campbellsville, KY were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries.

From the Campbellsville, KY, Police Department

Narrative: Officers from the Campbellsville Police Department and Units from the Campbellsville Taylor County EMS, and Campbellsville Fire Department responded to an injury accident on Lebanon Avenue at West Lake Drive.

28 year old Samantha Leigh driving a 1998 Ford Taurus was stopped North bound attempting to turn left on to West Lake Dr. She was struck in the rear by 56 year old Deborah L. Russell of Greensburg who was also traveling North on Lebanon Ave.

A 6 year old passenger in the Leigh vehicle was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital for minor injuries. A 28 year old passenger in the Russell vehicle Julie Antonio was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital for minor injuries.
