Head-on crash on KY 210 takes life of Taylor Co, driver

A Taylor County woman was killed in a two car vehicle accident on KY 210 north of Campbellsville shortly before 9amET, Tuesday, October 25, 2011.

Seventy-eight year old Peggy Pyles, Campbellsville, KY, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say 48 year old Donna Hunt, also of Campbellsville, KY, crossed the center line in a 2004 Toyota Highlander and collided head on with Pyles' 1998 Chrysler Sebring.

Hunt was not injured.

Deputy William Rice, with Taylor County Sheriff's Office, investigated. -LARRY SMITH
