Dixie Clements Sharp, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Casey County Hospital, Liberty, KY. She was 69.

Funeral services are 11amET/10amCT, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at St Bernard Catholic Church, 5075 S KY 551 (MAP), Clementsville, KY with Rev. Joe Hall officiating. Burial will be at the St Bernard Cemetery.Visitation is Monday from 6pm-9pmET/5pm-8pmCT, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Prayers at 7pmET/6pmCT


Dixie Clements Sharp, Casey Co., KY (1942-2011)

Born in Casey County, KY on Friday, October 9, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Cash and Bernardine Wethington Clements. She died Saturday, October 22, 20111, in Liberty, Casey Co., KY at the age of 69 years, 13 days.She was a former employee of International Packing Company of Indiana and devoted member and volunteer worker at the St. Bernard Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, William "Bill Cash", Allen and Robert R. Clements and three sisters, Dorothy Harper, Donna Deane Wethington, and Mary Jo Gribbins.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald Sharp of Liberty, KY, and the following:
  • Two daughters: Pam Barnard of Franklin, Indiana and Debra Grunden of Indianapolis, Indiana

  • Four grandchildren: Josh and Matthew Coffman and Sarah and Emily Barnard
McKinney-Brown Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
